Is this a car hire / rental service?
No — Super Car Support is not vehicle hire. Terence is the owner and driver of the vehicles, and the service is delivered as a supported experience.
What experiences do you offer?
We offer tailored drives and experiences such as a beach cruise, Adelaide Hills drive, or a controlled day at the track. Each booking is planned around what feels safe, comfortable, and meaningful for the client.
Can you do practical transport too (appointments, errands)?
Yes — where appropriate, support can include practical community access such as attending appointments or getting out for day-to-day activities. We’ll confirm what you need during booking.
Do you accept NDIS funding?
Super Car Support is not an NDIS funded program.
Are you NDIS registered?
Yeshua Assist is an NDIS friendly provider, and Terence is a qualified support worker.
Super Car Support is not advertised as an NDIS-funded program.
How does payment and invoicing work?
Privately funded: pay directly like any other service.
We operate on a case by case basis.
What information do you need to confirm a booking?
We’ll ask a few simple questions: preferred date/time, pickup suburb, session length, any accessibility needs, and (if using NDIS) whether you’re self- or plan-managed and what goals the support relates to.
Where do you operate?
We operate in Adelaide and surrounding areas. If you’re outside this area, contact us and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are offered as hourly bookings, with optional packages for structured experiences. We’ll help you choose what fits best.
Can a family member or support person join?
Often yes, depending on the vehicle and the plan for the day. Let us know during booking and we’ll confirm.
What about safety and driving style?
Safety is always the priority. The experience is paced to the client — calm, respectful, and never pressured. We do not do unsafe driving or anything that compromises comfort or road rules.
Is this service suitable if someone feels anxious in cars or new environments?
It can be. We can plan a gentle, low-stimulation experience, start small, and build from there. We’ll talk through preferences before the booking.
What if the weather is bad?
We can reschedule or adjust the plan. Comfort and safety come first.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged to cover allocated time.
Is this therapy?
No — Super Car Support is not a therapy service. It’s a supported experience delivered by a qualified support professional, focused on community access and confidence-building.
Do you take photos or post on social media?
Only with clear permission. If you’d prefer no photos at all, that’s completely fine. We do offer included photos and videos upon request - please reach out for more details.
